Cowboy Bob at 54 Below

Join us at Feinstein’s/54 Below for a rambunctious evening featuring songs from the fierce new musical Cowboy Bob. The creators Jeanna Phillips, Molly Beach Murphy + Annie Tippe present the story of Peggy Jo Tallas, a good neighbor, a good daughter, and a great bank robber. Disguised as a man in a fake beard and a ten-gallon hat, “Cowboy Bob” evaded detection for more than a decade. In a score that’s equal parts Riot Grrrl and Texas two-step, the small-town legend inspires a local waitress to take life by the reigns and let it ride.

Featuring an all-star cast led by Grace McLean (Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812,  Alice by Heart), this concert is produced by Lisa Dozier King and directed by Annie Tippe (Octet), with music direction and orchestrations by Alex Thrailkill.

My Life Has Been Extraordinary at Joe's Pub

Salty Brine’s Living Record Collection returns to Joe’s Pub with “My Life Has Been Extraordinary”: The diary of a Victorian lady, a promiscuous train trip across the USA, and the album that summed up grunge rock for a generation: it's butterflies, railroad ties and disc one of the 1995 teen-angst-anthem Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness.
